Capability

Search visibility

Being findable and credible at the moment someone starts looking — and being able to prove which of that search demand turned into revenue.

What it is

Everything that determines whether your business appears, and is believed, when somebody searches for what you sell. Technical health, the pages themselves, the authority behind them, and the local signals that matter if you serve a geography.

When it is the answer

When people are already looking for what you sell and finding someone else. Search is a capture channel: it works when demand exists and you are not catching it.

When it is not

When nobody is searching for the category yet, when your close rate on the traffic you already get is poor, or when a lead that arrives today will not get a response for three days. Search makes an existing leak bigger before it makes you money.

What we do with it

  • Establish what search demand actually exists for your business, rather than assuming it does
  • Fix the technical and structural problems that stop good pages from ranking
  • Build the pages that answer what buyers are actually asking at each stage
  • Earn authority rather than renting it from a link vendor
  • Trace organic sessions through to closed revenue, not to a ranking report

What it looks like when it is working

You can name the specific searches that produce conversations, and you can see which of those conversations became customers.

The mistake we see most often

Reporting rankings. A ranking is an input that can improve while revenue falls. If a search report cannot tell you what revenue it produced, it is measuring the agency rather than the business.

Other capabilities

The Blueprint works without any of this. Separately, may we measure how the site is used, and whether our advertising works? Both are optional. What each does.
